المستخلص:Many social media pages support national campaigns as they are effective in spreading news and information about issues and helping the public meet their needs, providing these sites with a good tool for campaigning, and in the context of that this study aims to identify which young people follow-up of health campaigns through social media sites, and to identify the most sources of access to health information among young people. And measure their level of knowledge about the contents of health campaigns of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population. The impact of different demographic factors on the level of knowledge of the campaign. The study relied on the model of health belief and the two views on the richness of the media and Information Seeking Theory. The study was applied to a deliberate sample of 366-health campaign followers on social media, The study found that 68% of respondents indicated that their follow-up to health campaigns changed their personal behavior, while 32% said they did not change their personal behavior. There were also statistically significant differences between the type of sample study (male, female) and the level of knowledge of the content of health campaigns, as well as statistically significant differences between the economic level and the level of knowledge of the content of health campaigns.
