| المستخلص: | من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سنحاول إلقاء الضوء على موضوع كثر الحديث حوله إلا وهو انفتاح الجامعة على محيطها السوسيو اقتصادي، فالجامعة مؤسسة تمتاز عن غيرها؛ بكونها متعددة الأهداف والغايات من تدريس وبحث علمي وكذا خدمة المجتمع، وهي مؤسسة تعليمية تقع في أعلى قمة النظام التعليمي في المجتمع وسلطته الفكرية لمختلف مؤسساته، وهي بالتالي الحاملة لقاطرة تنمية المجتمع. فهي بذلك تقع عليها مسؤولية اجتماعية لا طالما نادت بها، وهي الانفتاح على المحيط الخارجي ومحاولات إيجاد مكانة في المجتمع بعيدا على الانغلاق والتمركز حول الذات. فالجامعة مؤسسة تحوي على قاعدة معلوماتية متضمنة في هيئتها التدريسية. وبهذا استطاعت المساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية وخاصة الإسهام في مواد التعقيم لصالح المجتمع للوقاية من مرض كورونا المستجد الذي عانت منه البشرية جمعاء. Through this research paper, we will try to shed light on a topic that has been frequently discussed, which is the university’s openness to its socio-economic surroundings, as the university is an institution that is distinguished from others. As it has multiple goals and objectives from teaching and scientific research as well as community service, it is an educational institution located at the top of the educational system in society and its intellectual authority for its various institutions, and thus it carries the locomotive of community development. In this way, it has a social responsibility that it has always called for, which is openness to the external environment and attempts to find a place in society away from isolation and self-centeredness. The university is an institution that has an information base included in its teaching staff. In this way, it was able to contribute to social development, especially to contribute to sterilization materials for the benefit of society to prevent the emerging corona disease that all humanity suffered from. |
