| 520 | |b Based on a clinical case and the material gathered through two investigative techniques, i.e. the clinical interview and a projective test, we have highlighted the difficulties experienced by a young primigravida woman to assume her motherhood. These difficulties were manifested by physical and emotional symptoms which marked out her pregnancy or appeared at one time or another during it. Psychological counseling and Family support enabled this woman to alleviate some of her problems, as they assisted her in better adapting to the birth process. | ||
| 520 | |d A partir d’un cas clinique et le matériel précieux recueilli en nous appuyant sur deux techniques d’investigation qui sont l’entretien clinique et une épreuve projective, nous avons montré les difficultés qu’éprouve une jeune femme primigeste à assumer sa maternité. Ces difficultés se sont manifestées par des symptômes physiques et émotionnels qui ont jalonné sa grossesse ou surgi à un moment ou à un autre de celle-ci. L’accompagnement psychologique et le soutien familial ont permis d’atténuer certains troubles chez cette femme, comme ils l’ont aidée à mieux s’adapter au processus de la naissance. | ||
