| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة دور القيادة الإبداعية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي، والتي أصبحت اليوم أهم شيء يعتمد عليه لتحقيق هذا الأخير، كما قمنا بدراسة مدى التزام المؤسسة الوطنية للدهن بتطبيق النموذج الجزائري للتميز وكذا مختلف الأساليب والطرق المعتمدة من أجل تحقيق أبعاد التميز التنظيمي. ولهذا فان التغيير أصبح اليوم أمرا ضروريا وحتميا مهما كان حجم أو نوع المنظمة، وذلك من أجل تحقيق التميز التنظيمي وبالتالي التفوق والنجاح والذي يعتبر السبيل الوحيد للبقاء والاستمرار في ظل المنافسة العالمية الشديدة، وهذا لا يمكن تحقيقه إلا بتوفر قيادات إبداعية تملك مهارات تحريك جهود المرؤوسين وتوجيههم لتحقيق أهداف المنظمة. ويعتبر النموذج الجزائري للجودة خطوة هامة في طريق المنظمات الجزائرية للارتقاء بمستوى التميز التنظيمي. This research paper aims to study the role of creative leadership in achievin organizational excellence, which today has become the most important factor to achieve the organizational excellence. We also studied the extent of the commitment of the National Paintings Company to apply the Algerian model of excellence, as well as the various methods adopted in order to achieve the dimensions of organizational excellence, where change has become necessary and inevitable today, regardless of the organization size or type, in order to achieve organizational excellence and thus excellence and success, which is consideredthe only way for survival and continuity in light of intense global competition. This can only be achieved by creative leadership that has the skills to mobilize the subordinates and direct them to achieve the organization goals. The Algerian quality model is an important step for Algerian organizations to raise the level of organizational excellence. |
