| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا العمل توضيح جزئية من كل، وضعه العرب في مجمل تاريخ بلاد الغرب الإسلامي، وهنا تكمن أهميته، فلا بأس من إعطاء كل ذي حق حقه، ردا على إجحاف لتاريخ شوهته حينا وسكتت عن جله أقلام غربية مغرضة مؤدلجة أحيانا أخرى، أن تاريخ العرب تاريخ مشرف مشرق صنعوه في أوج حضارتهم أينما حلوا، فمجلات التنمية الاقتصادية متعددة، ويطول الحديث عنها، ولكن إنصافا وللدراسة بتعمق رأينا اختيار هذه الجزئية وهي دورهم في توفير الغذاء للحيوانات بتوسعهم في زراعة الحبوب الغذاء الأساسي لها، بل إن قمة دورهم يتجلى لا في التوسع في إنتاجها فقط بل الأهم وهو إدخالهم جلبا من المشرق زراعة وإنتاج أنواع جديدة من الأعلاف، ذات جدوى غذائية عالية لم تكن تعرفها بلاد المغرب والأندلس من قبل، علاوة على تتويج دورهم بإدخال تقنيات تخزين لحفظ الفائض من إنتاجها. This work deals with a partial clarification of all of the Arabs' status in the entirety of the history of the Islamic countries of the West, and here lies its importance. There is nothing wrong with giving everyone his right, in response to a prejudice to a history that has been distorted at times and silent about its majesty by Western pens that are contradictory at other times, that the history of the Arabs is a history.
