| 520 | |a الحمد لله الذي عمل نعمة الحسنات، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم. وهذه دراسة تناولنا فيها مسائل فقهية الإمام الحسني رحمه الله (ت ١٠٩٩ ه) في المسح على الخفين أنموذجا. وبعد قراءة متواضعة لهذا الموضوع وجدت النتائج التي أردت أن أذكرها، وكانت كالتالي: ١- كان الإمام الحسيني رحمه الله من علماء المذهب الحنفي في عصره، وكان من محبي المعرفة. وهذا الحب يكمن في نتاجه العلمي الذي أظهره من خلال كتاباته الكثيرة في مختلف الفنون منها الفقه والتصوف والإيمان وفنون أخرى، وكان موسوعة لكل الفنون. ٢- بين البحث أن كتاب ظهور العطية شرح الوصية. وهو للإمام الحسني رحمه الله - تضمن الكتاب أنواعا من الفقه والمعرفة اللغوية والمذهبية المفيدة للمذهب الحنفي من خلال منهجها الفقهي، وقضاياها الفقهية على المذهب الماتوريدي. ٣- شرح الإمام الحسني رحمه الله - مسألة مسح النعال، وأوضح أنه رخص من الله تعالى للعباد. ٤- الاستدلال النصي من القرآن الكريم وسنة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم - وأحاديث أهل العلم. ٥- بين البحث أهمية المسح على الخفين. كل حسب موقعه من خلال ثنايا البحث. ٦- تناول البحث موضوعا هاما وهو التقويم. لأهمية بيانه، ومعرفة حكمه، والاختلاف بينه وبين التقويم عبر الزمن وما يتعلق. وأخيرا أسأل الله تعالى أن يتقبل مني هذا العمل، وأن يجعله صدقة مستمرة على والدي بإذن الله - والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه. | ||
| 520 | |b Praise be to God who did the blessing of good deeds, and blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. This is a study in which we dealt with doctrinal issues of Imam al-Hasani, may God have mercy on him (d. 1099 AH) in wiping over the socks as a model. After a modest reading of this topic, I found the results that I wanted to mention, and they were as follows: 1. Imam al-Husayni, may God have mercy on him, was one of the scholars of the Hanafi school of thought in his time, and he was a lover of knowledge. And this love lies in his scientific output, which he showed through his many writings in various arts, including jurisprudence, mysticism, faith and other arts, and he was an encyclopedia of all arts. 2. The research showed that the book The Appearance of Al-Attiyah explained the will. It is for Imam al-Hasani, may God have mercy on him - the book included types of jurisprudence, linguistic and doctrinal knowledge useful for the Hanafi school through its jurisprudential approach, and its jurisprudential issues on the Maturidi school. 3. Imam al-Hasani, may God have mercy on him, explained - the issue of wiping the shoes, and he clarified that it is a concession from God Almighty to the servants. 4. Textual inference from the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - and the hadiths of the people of knowledge. 5. The research showed the importance of wiping over the socks. Each according to its location through the folds of the search. 6. The research dealt with an important topic, which is the calendar. Because of the importance of his statement, knowledge of his wisdom, and the difference between it and the calendar over time and what is related to it. Finally, I ask God Almighty to accept this work from me, and to make it an ongoing charity for my father, God willing - and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions. | ||
