| المستخلص: | في سياق اقتصادي عالمي متغير باستمرار تشهد التجارة الدولية أيضا تطورا هاما. وبالتالي يتأثر الوضع الجيوسياسي العالمي. ونتيجة لذلك، نشهد ظهور الكتل الاقتصادية الإقليمية حول العالم. لقد شاركت الجزائر في هذه الملاحظة متأخرة، وهي تحاول الآن، دون صعوبات التعويض عن الوقت الضائع. تقرر إبرام اتفاقية شراكة مع شريكها الاقتصادي الأول، وهو الاتحاد الأوروبي. بدون التظاهر بأنها شاملة، تعرض دراستنا نشأة ومضمون وخصائص اتفاقية الشراكة التي وقعتها الجزائر والاتحاد الأوروبي بالإضافة إلى طرائق تنفيذها.. وأخيرا، محاولة لتحديد تأثير تنفيذ هذا الاتفاق على التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية واقتراح بعض التوصيات التي تهدف إلى مواجهة التهديدات الحالية والمتوقعة واستغلال الفرص الحالية والمستقبلية لتعزيز موقف البلاد. In a constantly changing global economic context, Algeria decides to conclude an association agreement with its first economic partner, namely the European Union. Without pretending to be exhaustive, our study presents the conception, the content and the attributes of the association agreement co-signed by Algeria and the EU as well as the conditions of its implementation. Finally, an attempt to determine the impact of the implementation of this agreement on Algeria's foreign trade through documentary, analytic and qualitative surveys thanks to multiple interviews with responsibles and experts in the Algeria-EU relations; and suggest some recommendations. Dans un contexte économique mondial en perpétuelle mutation, l’Algérie décide de conclure un accord d’association avec son premier partenaire économique, à savoir l’Union Européenne. Notre étude présente la conception, le contenu et les attributs de l’accord d’association cosigné par l’Algérie et l'UE ainsi que les conditions de sa mise en œuvre. Enfin, une tentative de détermination des impacts de sa mise en œuvre sur le commerce extérieur de l’Algérie à travers des études documentaire, analytique et qualitative par le biais des entretiens avec des responsables et des experts des relations Algéro-Européennes ; et proposer quelques recommandations. |
