| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح بعض النماذج الحديثة لتقييم الأداء الشامل في المؤسسة الاقتصادية بالتطبيق على مؤسسة كولجيت. وقد تبين أن لكل نموذج مزاياه وعيوبه، كما أن المفاضلة بين هذه النماذج صعبة لأن لكل منها زاوية خاصة لا يمكن الحكم عليها بحكم أنها تستخدم حسب الغرض. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك مجموعة من عوامل أساسية مشتركة تقريبا في كل النماذج يمكن من خلالها تفسير الأداء الشامل، وقد تم تصنيف هذه العوامل وفقا لدرجة الرضا بالنسبة للعملاء والموردين أولا من أجل ضمان استمرارية المؤسسة، والمجتمع الداخلي المتمثل في العمال ثانيا، والمجتمع الخارجي المتمثل في المسؤولية الاجتماعية والبيئية كمتغير أخير. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of this study is to clarify some modern models for evaluating the overall performance in the economic institution. When comparing these models with the application to Colgate Palmolive. The results of the study showed that there are a set of basic factors common to almost all models through which to explain the overall performance, these factors have been classified according to the degree of satisfaction for customers and suppliers first in order to ensure the continuity of the enterprise, and the internal community of workers second, and the external community of Social and environmental contributions as a last. | ||
| 520 | |d L'étude visait à clarifier certains des modèles modernes d'évaluation de la performance globale d'une entreprise économique en s'adressant à l'institution Colgate. Les résultats de l'étude ont montré qu'il existe un ensemble de facteurs de base communs à presque tous les modèles à travers lesquels la performance globale peut être interprétée. Ces facteurs ont été classés en fonction du degré de satisfaction des clients et des fournisseurs d'abord afin d'assurer la continuité de l'institution, de la communauté interne représentée par les travailleurs d'autre part et de la communauté externe représentée par La responsabilité sociale et environnementale comme variable finale. | ||
