| المستخلص: | For this purpose we worked on the emergency shutdown system ’ESD’ of a gas compression unit R2000, this unit are equipped with several control systems, except that the emergency shutdown system is based on the relays method. As the relays systems have much inconvenient, we proposed to integrate all the safety sequences into a new safety PLC under the current standards SIL3. To complete this work, we have studied and analyzed all the safety of the ESD, and know more about the SIL3 standards and the SIS systems. for this reason, the GuarLogix PLC who have an rchitecture of Biprocessor that is certified to SIL3 standards is the best choice of our proposal. After the study and the choice of hardware, the programming of the shutdown of the unit in the RSLogix5000 software is done, and we finished our work by the creation of an HMI interface with the FactoryTalkViw software, for the security monitoring of the unit. |
