| المستخلص: | شهدت الخلافة العباسية خلال العصر العباسي الثاني الكثير من التقلبات السياسية، وقد تفشي الفساد فيها وكثرت الرشاوي للحصول على المناصب وتحكم قادة الجند في تدبير أمور الدولة، وبدأت أطراف الدولة بالانفصال التدريجي عن مركز الخلافة، فاستحدث الخليفة الراضي منصب أمير الأمراء فاستدعى محمد بن رائق أمير واسط والبصرة ولقبه أمير الأمراء سنة ٣٢٤ه وسلمه مقاليد الأمور وأطلق يده في كل سلطات الدولة، أملا منه أن يسترجع هيبة الخلافة والوزارة والسيطرة على الأوضاع لكن ظهر العكس وفقد الخليفة كل سلطاته ولم يبقى له سوى الزعامة الدينية واسم الخلافة لا غير وابطلت الوزارة باستحداث منصب أمير الأمراء. During the second Abbasid era, the Abbasid caliphate witnessed a lot of political fluctuations, corruption prevailed in it, and bribes increased to obtain political positions and the commanders of the soldiers managed to handle the affairs of the state, and the parties to the state gradually began to separate from the center of the caliphate. Basra and his title Prince of Princes in 324 AH, handed him the reins of affairs and gave his hand in all the powers of the state, hoping that he would regain the prestige of the caliphate and the ministry and control the situation, but the opposite appeared and the caliph lost all his powers and he only had religious leadership and the name of the caliphate only and the ministry was nullified creating the position of Prince of princes. |
