| 520 | |a أعطت متغيرات البيئة الأفريقية، منذ الاستقلال وحتى يومنا هذا، كافة متطلبات اهتمام المؤسسات العسكرية في الانخراط المباشر بالمجالات التنموية عبر مختلف الجوانب الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، ويعبر واقع الحال في مصر عن القدرة العالية للجيش في الأخذ بزمام الأمور على جميع مستويات التنمية، فهو الذي تولى القيادة تاريخيا منذ الإطاحة بالنظام الملكي ووصولاً لضباط الأحرار إلى سدة الحكم، لذلك سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على أهلية المؤسسة العسكرية في قيادة عجلة التنمية بمصر، من خلال دراسة طبيعة الدور التنموي لهذه المؤسسة مع محاولة إسقاطه على مختلف النماذج النظرية المفسرة لتأطير هذا الدور، وتحديد النموذج النظري الأقدر على تفسير الحالة المصرية، ثم نخلص بعد ذلك إلى أهم إنجازات وانتكاسات هذه المؤسسة، والتي تسمح لنا في النهاية بالوصول إلى نتائج علمية يمكن من خلالها الحكم على أهلية هذه المؤسسة في قيادة مسيرة التنمية. | ||
