| المستخلص: | Our paper invest of the levers to increase non-hydrocarbon exports in Algeria, through an analytical study based on a diagnosis of commercial balance during 2014-2020, with highlighting the contribution of the establishment of a flexible production system, as well as the implementation of the management system by the quality within Algerian companies. For this orientation to bare its fruits, attention has to be given to flexibility production and a certification companies. Notre papier a pour objets de cerner les levers d’augmentation des exportations hors hydrocarbures en Algérie, via une étude analytique basée sur un diagnostic de la balance commerciale durant 2014-2020, tout en mettant en lumière sur l’apport de l’instauration d’un système productif flexible, ainsi que la mise en place d’un système de management par la qualité au sein des entreprises Algériennes. Pour que cette orientation continuer de porter ses fruits, il faut donner une importance à la production flexible et la certification des entreprises. |
