| 520 | |a تعتبر إدارة المعرفة من المفاهيم الإدارية الحديثة التي أخذ يزداد الاهتمام بها بالنسبة لمنظمات التعليم في ظل التحول باتجاه مجتمع المعرفة، وعلى وجه الخصوص في الجامعات، لكونها نواة الأبحاث والمعارف المختلفة وتمتلك العديد من الخبراء والمتخصصين في العلوم المختلفة، وعليه هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إسقاط الضوء على موضوع إدارة المعرفة كمدخل حديث لتسيير مؤسسات التعليم العالي في إطار الحوكمة في الجامعات من حيث معناها ومراحل تطبيقها، وتوضيح المفاهيم الأساسية المرتبطة بإدارة المعرفة، ومتطلبات تطبيقها في الجامعة، وإبراز العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة والتعليم الجامعي إذ أن من أبرز مهمات هذا الأخير إيجاد المعرفة، ومن أهم أهدافه نشر لهذه المعرفة، ووضعها في خدمة المجتمع، والتعليم، والبحث العلمي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى إن إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات لا تعمل في فراغ، بل تعمل في إطار بيئة تنظيمية تتضمن العديد من المتطلبات تتفاعل فيما بينها، وتؤثر على عملية إدارة المعرفة في الجامعة، ومن أهم تلك المتطلبات الثقافة التنظيمية، الهيكل التنظيمي، تكنولوجيا المعلومات، والقيادة التنظيمية. | ||

The study found that knowledge management in universities does not operate in a vacuum, but operates within a regulatory environment that includes many requirements that interact with each other, affecting the university's knowledge management process, the most important of which are organizational culture, organizational structure, information technology, and organizational leadership. | ||
