| المستخلص: | Because of the importance of the theory of modern (Almuhajja) in the extrapolation of our Arab heritage, we decided to research the mechanisms applied to the poetry of one of the most prominent flags of Andalusian thought, bin of the Bundesian al- Andalusi in an attempt to monitor how to convince the recipient and research in the sanctuaries of poetry and energies of Almuhaja in the purposes of Ibn Hazm's poetry Argument is an artistic method as it is a rhetorical style employed by the poet in building his poetic speech and by provoking the recipient and pushing him to intensify the search for the hidden meanings that the poet tries to convey, as it is a linguistic peculiarity that makes it say and makes it stand up to the poetic level. Researching in the type of argument used in poetry, we can distinguish between argumentative and non-argumentative poetry. نظرا للأهمية البالغة لنظرية الحجاج الحديثة في استقراء تراثنا العربي ارتأينا البحث في آليات تطبيقها على شعر أحد أبرز أعلام الفكر الأندلسي وهو ابن حزم الأندلسي الظاهري في محاولة منا لرصد كيفية أقناع المتلقي والبحث في مكامن أغراض الشعر والطاقات الحجاجية في أغراض الشعر لدى ابن حزم. أن المحاجة وسيلة فنية كما أنها أسلوب بلاغي تداولي يوظفه الشاعر في بناء خطابه الشعري وبها يستفز متلقيه ويدفعه إلى تكثيف البحث عن المعاني الخفية التي يحاول الشاعر توصيلها، كما أنها خصيصة لغوية تجمل القول وتجعله يرقى إلى مصاف الشعرية، فاللغة الشعرية لغة مجازية بالدرجة الأولى تهدف إلى الأخبار كما تفعل جانب الإلذاذ والإمتاع وذلك تجاوزها للثابت والمعتاد والانزياح عنهما بطريقة رائعة لا نكاد نلمس فيها إبهاما ولا تعقيدا، وعليه تحقق المحاجة هذين الهدفين (الإقناع والإمتاع) وبها تظهر كفاءة الشعراء وبها يتفاضل الشعر وعلى النظير قد تكون ميزة مشينة للكلام بحيث تحوله إلى أحاجي والغاز. ومن هنا فإن للأساليب البلاغية دورا بالغ الأهمية في دعم القوة الحجاجية للقول، إذ لا يستعملها الشاعر من أجل إضفاء المسحة الجمالية فحسب؛ بل كذلك من أجل الإقناع والتأثير، وعن طريق البحث في أنواع الحجج المستعملة في الشعر يمكن لنا التمييز بين الشعر الحجاجي والشعر غير الحجاجي. كما تضطلع الأساليب الإنشائية-والتي يسميها التداوليون اليوم الأفعال الإنجازية-والأساليب المغالطية بوظيفة حجاجية؛ لكونها تدفع المتلقي للإنجاز والعمل. |
