| 520 | |a هدف البحث لمعرفة أثر العوامل المحددة في الهيكل المالي في المؤسسات من الأدلة المعلنة في بورصة عمان المتمثلة بـ (الأرباح، النقد، مستوى النشاط) متغيرا مستقلا، أما المتغير التابع الهيكل المالي وأجريت دراسة البحث للفترة ما بين (٢٠١٠ -٢٠١٨) حسب البيانات المعلنة وعينة البحث شملت أكثر من (٢٠) منظمة لقياس العوامل المتمثلة بـ (الأرباح، النقد، مستوى النشاط) وأثر هذه العوامل في الهيكل المالي في المؤسسات المنشورة في بورصة عمان، وتم استخدام تحليل البيانات الجدولية (Panel data) نموذج الأثر العشوائي بواسطة المربعات الصغرى العامة لاختبار فرضيات البحث، فقد توصل البحث إلى عدة أثار من أبرزها إن قيمة الأرباح له تأثير سلبي ومعنوي ذو دلالة إحصائية في الهيكل المالي، مع عدم وجود تأثير النقد ومستوى النشاط في الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة وأهم التوصيات أن تضع مؤسسة مرتبطة بالآثار الإيجابية على الهيكل المالي، لما له أهمية في تعظيم الأرباح وتقليل الخسائر المتوقعة نتيجة التغير في تلك العوامل. | ||
