| المستخلص: | This research handled the role of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation towards the Palestinian cause, "Jerusalem as a model" due to the great importance that the city of Jerusalem occupies for the Arab and Islamic world, in addition to its unique religious and political position, the matter that make it an Islamic issue that has received the attention of others most of others' attention, especially it is the core of the Palestinian cause. However, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, including its cultural and archaeological properties, is still subjected to grave violations by the Israeli occupation state to obliterate its cultural and Islamic identity. As a result, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, through its international conferences, issued many international resolutions related to the Palestinian issue, most notably condemning the American Deal of the Century and Arab-Israeli normalization, and it worked to support the Palestinian people and enhance their steadfastness against the occupying state of Israel. The research reached the following results and recommendations; the most important ones: First, Results: The role of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation was limited to denunciation and condemnation of the occupation, which made its decisions weak and non- binding on member states. Second, Recommendations: The need to take bolder decisions in the face of the occupation, for example severing economic and political connections with "Israel." تناول هذا البحث دور منظمة التعاون الإسلامي تجاه القضية الفلسطينية "القدس نموذجا" نظرا للأهمية العظمى التي تحتلها مدينة القدس بالنسبة للعالم العربي والإسلامي، لمكانتها الدينية والسياسية الفريدة، الأمر الذي جعل منها قضية إسلامية نالت جل اهتمامهم، باعتبارها جوهر القضية الفلسطينية، لكن بالرغم من ذلك لا زالت القدس الشريف بما فيها من ممتلكات ثقافية وأثرية، تتعرض للانتهاكات الجسيمة من قبل دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، لطمس هويتها الثقافية والإسلامية، على أثر ذلك فقد أصدرت منظمة التعاون الإسلامي من خلال مؤتمراتها الدولية العديد من القرارات الدولية ذات الصلة بالقضية الفلسطينية، أبرزها إدانة صفقة القرن الأمريكية والتطبيع العربي- الإسرائيلي، وعملت على دعم ومساندة الشعب الفلسطيني وتعزيز صموده في موجهة دولة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي. وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات؛ أهمها: أولا: النتائج: اقتصر دور منظمة التعاون الإسلامي على التنديد والشجب والاستنكار والإدانة لدولة الاحتلال، مما جعل قراراتها ضعيفة وغير ملزمة للدول الأعضاء. ثانيا: التوصيات: ضرورة اتخاذ قرارات أكثر جرأة في مواجهة دولة الاحتلال، منها على سبيل المثال قطع العلاقات الاقتصادية والسياسية مع "إسرائيل". |
