| المستخلص: | The researchers aimed to determine the critical success factors and their impact in supporting the supply chain activities in the oil products distribution company, Nineveh branch, and the researchers set out from a problem. Are the critical success factors an important in the company, and directly affect the supply chain activities in the company? Solving the specific questions in the research problem, many hypotheses were formulated, including "There is a significant correlation relationship between the critical success factors combined and the supply chain activities combined." The selection was for the "Oil Products Distribution Company, Nineveh branch," which represented the research community. And using the descriptive analytical method, the theoretical and applied research data were dealt with, and using the questionnaire, (200) answers were obtained out of (301) distributed to the respondents who were represented by the engineers, administrators, and technicians working in the research company. As their views were surveyed on the extent of the impact of critical success factors in supply chain activities. In light of the statistical treatments of the research data, a set of conclusions were reached, including: Obtaining a significant correlation between the two research variables in the research company. استهدف الباحثان تحديد عوامل النجاح الحاسمة وأثرها في دعم أنشطة سلسلة التجهيز في شركة توزيع المنتجات النفطية فرع نينوى، وانطلق الباحثان من مشكلة هل تعتبر عوامل النجاح الحاسمة من العوامل المهمة في الشركة، وتؤثر بشكل مباشر على أنشطة سلسلة التجهيز في الشركة؟ ومن اجل التوصل إلى حل التساؤلات الخاصة في مشكلة البحث تم صياغة العديد من الفرضيات كان منها "هناك علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة معنوية بين عوامل النجاح الحاسمة مجتمعة وأنشطة سلسلة التجهيز مجتمعة". وقد وقع الاختيار على "شركة توزيع المنتجات النفطية فرع نينوى "والتي مثلت مجتمع البحث. وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تم التعامل مع معطيات البحث النظرية والتطبيقية، وباستخدام الاستبانة تم الحصول على (200) إجابة من أصل (301) موزعة على الأفراد المبحوثين الذين تمثلوا بالمهندسين والإداريين والفنيين العاملين في الشركة المبحوثة، إذ جرى استقصاء آرائهم حول مدى تأثير عوامل النجاح الحاسمة في أنشطة سلسلة التجهيز. وفي ضوء المعالجات الإحصائية لبيانات البحث تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان منها: الحصول على علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين متغيري البحث في الشركة المبحوثة. |
