| 520 | |a سعى البحث إلى تشخيص العلاقة بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (الرسالة، الأهداف، التحليل، الخيار الاستراتيجي) والأداء العالي بأبعاده (القيادة، الاستراتيجية، الهيكل والعمليات، الثقافة) في أمانة بغداد، إذ تمثلت مشكلة البحث في تدني مستوى الخدمات التي تقدمها المنظمة المبحوثة بشكل عام وهذا يعود إلى حاجة المنظمة إلى دعم فاعلية عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي كأساس مهم لتحقيق معدلات عالية من الأداء لمواجهة المشكلات التي تواجهها، صمم الباحث استبانة تكونت من (32) فقرة لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة البحث المكونة من (71) فردا من المدراء ومعاوني المدراء ورؤساء الأقسام، استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات لاستخراج: الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط الخطي البسيط (سبيرمان). وتوصل البحث إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير معنوية إحصائيا بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي والأداء العالي، كما أوصى البحث بضرورة وضع خطط استراتيجية لمواجهة المشكلات المحتملة ومراقبة وتقييم هذه الخطط وفقا للمستجدات والإحداث البيئية. | ||
