| 520 | |b The aim of the research is to build and test a model explains the organizational politics and its role in preparing the organizational capabilities in light of the literature review related to the study variables. The study dealt with two variables within a research problem, which was dominated by a main question: "Does the organizational politics, in its dimensions, contribute to preparing The organizational capabilities of the studied university (Gihan Private University- Erbil)? The study aims to test several hypotheses of the main and sub¬ hypotheses arising from the model of the research hypothesis, which confirms the existence of correlation and significant impact between the two variables of research in terms of dimensions (combined and individual). A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 75 employees (faculty and staff) at the studied university. In light of the data analysis, the research reached a set of conclusions that confirm the existence of significant correlation and influence between the dimensions of organizational politeness (combined and individual) As well as making some of the necessary proposals for universities in general and especially for the studied university. | ||
| 520 | |a تركز الهدف الرئيس للبحث على بناء واختبار أنموذج يفسر دور التسييس التنظيمي في استحضار القدرات المنظمية المعتمدة في ضوء مراجعة الأدبيات المتعلقة بمتغيري البحث، إذ سعى البحث إلى تناول المتغيرين ضمن مشكلة بحثية تأطرت فحواها بتساؤل رئيس مفاده " هل يسهم التسييس التنظيمي ممثلاً بأبعاده في استحضار القدرات المنظمية للجامعة المبحوثة (جيهان الأهلية في أربيل)، وصولا إلى تحقيق عدة أهداف بحثية منها اختبار عدة فرضيات رئيسة وفرعية منبثقة من أنموذج البحث الفرضي والذي يؤكد على وجود علاقات ارتباط وتأثير معنوية بين متغيري البحث بدلالة أبعادها (مجتمعة ومنفردة)، في ضوء تحليل البيانات المجمعة من عينة مكونة من (٧٥) مبحوثا من العاملين (تدريسيين وموظفين) في الجامعة المبحوثة بواسطة استمارة استبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات التي تؤكد على وجود علاقات ارتباط وتأثير معنوية بين أبعاد التسييس التنظيمي (مجتمعة ومنفردة) والقدرات المنظمية في الجامعة المبحوثة، فضلا عن تقديم بعض المقترحات الضرورية للجامعات عامة والمبحوثة خاصة. | ||
