| المستخلص: | Higher education is faced everywhere to challenges and difficulties related to financing, the training based on skills, improving and preserving the quality of teaching, research, services and relevance of programs. at the same time, higher education must meet the challenge of new technologies that improve the way in which knowledge can be produced, managed, disseminated and controlled and which can be accessed. Equitable access to these technologies should be ensured at all levels of the higher education system. L'enseignement supérieur est partout confronté à des défis et des difficultés considérables concernant son financement, la formation fondée sur les compétences, l'amélioration et la préservation de la qualité de l'enseignement, la recherche et les services, et la pertinence des programmes. En même temps, l'enseignement supérieur doit relever le défi des nouvelles technologies qui améliorent la manière dont les connaissances peuvent être produites, gérées, diffusées et contrôlées et dont on peut y accéder. Un accès équitable à ces technologies devrait être assuré à tous les niveaux du système de l’enseignement supérieur. |
