| المستخلص: | ونحن في ختام البحث نبين أهم ما توصل إليه البحث: ١. إن الشريعة الإسلامية هي أكثر الشرائع التي أكدت على وجوب التعايش السلمي والتسامح بين البرش وأن القرآن الكريم وما جاء به من نصوص قرآنية ذكرنا بعض خير شاهد على ذلك. ٢. الاحترام المتبادل بين الأديان والمذاهب الإسلامية والتبادل الفكري والثقافي كفيل بزرع روح المحبة والتعاون بيهم. ٣. العدل والمساواة وحفظ الجوار باعتبارها سمات أساسية تحفظ العلاقات والترابط الاجتماعي وبما له من دور من بث روح التعايش بين المسلمين وغيرهم. 4. أكد الإسلام على احترام حقوق الآخرين سواء بين المسلمين أو غيرهم سعيا إلى تحقيق القيم الأخلاقية بين أفراد المجتمع أو المجتمعات الإنسانية بصورة مطلقة. 5. تطهير الناس من الأنانية والإيثار عليها ببعد الإنسان عن الحقد إلى غالبا ما يؤدي إلى نشوء الطائفية المقيتة التي من شأنها أن تفكك وحدة المسلمين وغيرهم. ٦. تأمين المسلمين في ديارهم والابتعاد عن التهجير القسري سواء كان بينهم أو بينهم وبين غيرهم. التوصيات ١. إشاعة ثقافة التسامح والتعايش السلمي بين مختلف المذاهب والأديان على ما جاء به القرآن الكريم والشريعة الإسلامية السمحاء. ٢. ترك العنف والاقتتال الذي يقع مرة بين المسلمين أنفسهم بسبب الطائفية أو بين المسلمين وغيرهم لإفشاء روح التسامح والتعايش في ضوء توجيهات القرآن الكريم. ٣. إعادة المنظومة الفكرية الإسلامية وتنقيتها من الشوائب التي ذهبت بها أدراج الرياح وخلق جو فكري ديمقراطي يقوم على أساس العدل والمساواة يضمن حقوق الآخرين بمختلف طوائفهم. ٤. الابتعاد عن منهج التكفير الذي سادت عليه بعض المذاهب الإسلامية على الرغم من أنهم على دين واحد من شهادة أن لا إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله ويجمعهم كتاب واحد وقبلة واحدة. At the conclusion of the research, we show the most important findings of the research: 1. Islamic law is the most law that affirmed the necessity of peaceful coexistence and tolerance between human beings, and that the Holy Qur’an and the Qur’anic texts that we mentioned mentioned some of the best witnesses to that. 2. Mutual respect between religions, Islamic schools of thought and intellectual and cultural exchanges will guarantee the cultivation of a spirit of love and cooperation between them 3. .Justice, equality, and neighborhood preservation as basic features that preserve social relations and interdependence, and its role that spread the spirit of coexistence between Muslims and others. 4. Islam affirmed respect for the rights of others, whether among Muslims or others, in an attempt to achieve moral values among members of society or human societies in absolute terms. 5. Purging people from selfishness and altruism, by distancing human beings from hatred that often leads to the emergence of hateful sectarianism that would break the unity of Muslims and others. 6. Securing Muslims in their homes and avoiding forced displacement, whether it is between them or between them and others. Recommendations 1. Spreading a culture of tolerance and peaceful coexistence between different sects and religions, according to the contents of the Noble Qur’an and the noble Islamic Sharia 2. .The violence and fighting that once occurred between the Muslims themselves due to sectarianism or between Muslims and others to leave a spirit of tolerance and coexistence in light of the directives of the Holy Quran. 3. Restore the Islamic intellectual system and purify it from the impurities that went with the incorporation of winds and create a democratic intellectual atmosphere based on justice and equality within the rights of others in their various sects. 4. Away from the approach of takfir, which prevailed over some Islamic schools of thought, even though they are on one religion from the testimony that there is no god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God, and they are united by one book and one kiss. |
