| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إبراز أهمية التحول الرقمي بالنسبة للطلاب الموهوبين، والكشف عنهم وتقديم رؤية مستقبلية تبلور المستقبل المتوقع من استخدام التحول الرقمي بما يعزز أساليب الكشف عن الطلاب الموهوبين، واهتمام المجتمع بهم، ويستعرض البحث كذلك من خلال تناوله في ثلاث محاور رئيسية بحيث يعرض المحور الأول الكشف عن الطلاب الموهوبين وطرق والأدوات المستخدمة في ذلك من حيث ما يظهره الطلاب الموهوبين من قدرات وأهمية الكشف عنهم ومراحل الكشف عن الطلاب الموهوبين وتصنيف الطلاب الموهوبين واستعراض أهم أدوات الكشف عن الطلاب الموهوبين، والمحور الثاني فيتناول رعاية الطلاب الموهوبين وأهم المتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق أفضل رعاية للطلاب الموهوبين، أما المحور الثالث فيقدم استبانة تقيس واقع الطلاب الموهوبين وكيفية اكتشافهم ورعايتهم في ضوء التحول الرقمي، وتم تقديمها لعينة مكونة من (20) معلم ومعلمة للطلاب الموهوبين، وتوصلت نتائجها إلى أن الاهتمام بالموهوبين في الواقع الفعلي أقل مما ينبغي أن يكون، وأخيرا يتضمن المحور الرابع رؤية مستقبلية عن استخدام التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي للكشف عن الطلاب الموهوبين، وذلك من خلال توقع لبعض الأمور المتوقع تحقيقها مستقبلا لتحقيق واقع جديد يساعد على اكتشافهم ورعايتهم بشكل أفضل، وتختم الباحثة البحث بخاتمة وتقديم عددا من التوصيات. The study aimed to highlight the importance of digital transformation for talented students, reveal them and provide a future vision Crystallizing the expected future from the use of digital transformation in a way that enhances the methods of detecting talented students, and the community’s interest in them. Detecting gifted students and the methods and tools used in this in terms of what talented students show abilities and the importance of detecting them, the stages of detecting gifted students, classifying gifted students and reviewing the most important tools for detecting gifted students, and the second axis deals with the care of gifted students and the most important requirements to achieve the best care for gifted students As for the third axis, it presents a questionnaire that measures the reality of gifted students and how to discover and care for them in the light of digital transformation. It was presented to a sample of (20) teachers of gifted students, and its results concluded that the interest in gifted students in actual reality is less than it should be, and finally The fourth axis includes a future vision on the use of technology and digital transformation to detect talented students, through an expectation of Some of the things expected to be achieved in the future to achieve a new reality that helps to discover and take better care of them. The researcher concludes the research with a conclusion and presents a number of recommendations. |
