| المستخلص: | هدف البحث الحالي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني Moodle على تنمية الذكاء الإبداعي للطلاب المعلمين بكلية الاقتصاد المنزلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (20) طالب معلم من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة شعبة الاقتصاد المنزلي التربوي للعام الدراسي 2020 - 2021، واستخدم البحث التصميم التجريبي الذي يعتمد على مجموعة واحدة بقياس قبلي وبعدي، وقد تم تصميم البرنامج التدريبي وإعداد دليل المشرف الأكاديمي ودليل الطالب المعلم ورفعهما على نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني Moodle، وتم بناء أداة البحث المتمثلة في مقياس الذكاء الإبداعي وتم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة، وتم تطبيق المقياس على مجموعة البحث قبليا وتم إجراء تجربة البحث وتطبيق الأداة بعديا، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي، وهذا يؤكد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية أبعاد الذكاء الإبداعي وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بتنمية الذكاء الإبداعي لكلا من الطلاب المعلمين والمتعلمين وذلك لما له من دور فعال في توفير فرص نجاحهم وزيادة ثقتهم بأنفسهم واعتمادهم على ذاتهم في حل المشكلات التي تواجههم بطريقة إبداعية. This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the e-learning management system (Moodle) on developing creative intelligence of student-teachers at the Faculty of Home Economics. The sample of the research consisted of (20) student-teachers from the fourth year students at the Educational Home Economics Division for the academic year 2020-2021 .The research used the experimental design which relies on one group with a pre and post measurement. The training program was designed, the Academic Supervisor’s Manual and the Student-Teacher Manual were prepared and uploaded to the Moodle e learning management system. The tool of the research, represented in the creative intelligence scale, was built and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The scale was applied on the research sample members before the application of the proposed training program .Then, the experiment of the research was conducted and the application of the tool was done after the application of the proposed training program .The results confirmed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of student-teachers between the pre and post application. This confirms the effectiveness of the training program in developing the creative intelligence. This research recommended the need to pay attention to the development of creative intelligence for both student-teachers and learners on equal basis, due to its effective role in providing them with the chances of success and increasing their self-confidence and self-reliance in solving the problems they potentially face in a creative manner. |
