| المستخلص: | "يهدف البحث لدراسة العلاقة بين واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية كما تدركها ربة الأسرة العاملة بمحاورها وتميز الأداء لديها بأبعاده، ودراسة الفروق بين ربات الأسر الريفيات والحضريات في كل من واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمحاورها وتميز الأداء بأبعاده. اشتملت عينة البحث على (230) ربة أسرة عاملة، من سكان ريف وحضر مختلف مدن ومراكز وقري محافظة كفر الشيخ من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية متباينة وقد تم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استمارة البيانات العامة، واستبيان واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية، واستبيان تميز الأداء واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وكانت أهم النتائج توجد علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا بين بعض محاور استبيان واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية، وبعض أبعاد استبيان تميز الأداء، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ربات الأسر العاملات الريفيات والحضريات في كل من إجمالي واقع جودة الحياة الوظيفية، وإجمالي تميز الأداء لصالح الريفيات." They were randomly selected, and the study tools included a general data form, a questionnaire on the reality of job quality, and a performance distinction questionnaire. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach. And the most important results were a statistically significant correlation relationship between some axes of the questionnaire on the reality of job quality, and some dimensions of the questionnaire of performance distinction. There are statistically significant differences between rural and urban working female heads of households in both the total reality of job quality, and the total performance distinction in favor of Rural women" |
