| المستخلص: | إن حرية مؤسسات الإعلام تعتبر من أبرز مظاهر الديمقراطية في الأنظمة الحديثة، ومقياس للديمقراطية، يبرز من خلال تمتع الأفراد بحرية التعبير عبر مختلف وسائل الإعلام، لاعتبارها من صور المشاركة في تسيير نظام الحكم وصنع القرار في البلاد، وإقرار حماية لحرية مؤسسات الإعلام، في دستور الدولة الجزائرية، وفي التشريع الإعلامي، بصورة تضمن ممارستها الفعلية، وحمايتها من كل انتهاك، يعبر عن دولة ديمقراطية، ومجتمع حر يمارس حقوقه الطبيعية في الإعلام بكل حرية بموجب ضمانات قانونية.
