| 520 | |a يهدف إلى وصف وتحليل الجوانب النفسية المرتبطة بمهارات القيادة والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى عينة من طلاب وطالبات جامعة عين شمس وعلى ذلك تهدف الدراسة إلي التحقق من العلاقة بين مهارات القيادة والمسئولية الاجتماعية لدى عينة من الشباب، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق بين الذكور والإناث من الشباب في مهارات القيادة والمسئولية الاجتماعية، الإجراءات: اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (ن=140) شابا منهم (70 ذكور) (70 إناث) تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين ( 20-22) عاما، وقد تم الاستعانة بأدوات هي: مقياس مهارات القيادة للشباب (إعداد: الباحث)، ومقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية (إعداد: الباحث)، النتائج: وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين درجات عينة الدراسة من الشباب على مقياس مهارات القيادة للشباب وكلا من المسئولية الاجتماعية وذلك عند مستوى دلالة (0,01). ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة من الشباب الذكور والإناث على مقياس مهارات القيادة للشباب وذلك في اتجاه الذكور. وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة من الشباب الذكور والإناث على مقياس المسئولية الاجتماعية للشباب وذلك في اتجاه الشباب الإناث. | ||
| 520 | |b This study belongs to the descriptive and analytical studies, which aims to describe and analyze the psychological aspects related to leadership skills, social responsibility in a sample of young people represented by a sample of students from Ain Shams University. Therefore, the study aims to verify the relationship between leadership skills, social responsibility among a sample of young people, as well as identifying the differences between male and female youth in leadership skills, social responsibility, procedures: The study sample included (n = 140) young people of whom (70 males) (70 females) ranged between (20-22) years old, and tools were used: the youth leadership skills scale (prepared by the researcher), the social responsibility scale (prepared by the researcher), the results: There is a statistically significant positive correlation between the scores of the study sample of young people on the youth leadership skills scale and both social responsibility at a significant level (0 01). And the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample of male and female youth on the youth leadership skills scale, in the direction of males. Also, there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample of male and female youth on the youth social responsibility scale in the direction of female youth. | ||
