| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية التي تقتضي إلى مدى امكانية تطبيق التأمين الصحي في جامعة ميسان، اذ تطرقت الدراسة في جانبها النظري إلى مفهوم التأمين وأنواعه وأهميته وإلى التأمين الصحي والاحكام الخاصة به بشكل خاص، وكان مجتمع البحث يشتمل على جميع منتسبي جامعة ميسان الذين يبلغ عددهم (2501) موظف على الملاك الدائم، حيث تم توزيع استمارة الاستبيان على مجموعة من الموظفين في الجامعة وهي العينة المبحوثة، وقد حصل فريق البحث على نسبة %99من الاستمارات الموزعة والتي خضعت إلى تحليل الاحصائي من مجموع الاستمارات الموزعة على عينة البحث، وقد تم استخدام الاسلوب الاحصائي في تحليل البيانات، ولقد استنتج من خلال اجابات الافراد والدراسة إلى ضرورة تطبيق نظام التأمين الصحي في جامعة ميسان لما يقدمه من خدمات مميزة للموظفين (منتسبي الجامعة) وإزالة المعوقات التي تحول دون تطبيق التأمين الصحي في جامعة ميسان، ووضع الخطط والبرامج التي تساعد على الاستفادة من التأمين الصحي، كذلك زيادة اسهامه في الناتج المحلي والاجتماعي بحيث يترك اثرا ايجابيا للاقتصاد ويعزز الرضا الوظيفي لدى العاملين، أذ أن التأمين الصحي يغطي تكاليف العلاج والعمليات للمشتركين في التأمين، يوصي البحث بإقامة دورات وندوت ومحاضرات توعوية مكثفة بخصوص التأمين الصحي لمنتسبي الجامعة لزيادة معلوماتهم عن أهمية التأمين وتوضيح مدى فوائده للفرد والمجتمع. The study aims to determine the feasibility of applying health insurance at the University of Maysan. The study examined the concept of insurance, its types and importance, health insurance and its provisions in particular. The research community includes all 2501 members of Maysan University, The questionnaire was distributed to a group of employees at the university, which is the sample. The research team obtained 99% of the distributed forms, which were subjected to statistical analysis of the total forms distributed to the sample. The statistical method was used in Solved For data, It was concluded through the responses of individuals and the study to the need to apply the health insurance system at the University of Maysan for the provision of services to distinguished employees (university employees) and remove obstacles to the application of health insurance at the University of Maysan, and develop plans and programs that help to benefit from health insurance, To increase its contribution to the GDP and the social sector so as to leave a positive impact on the economy and enhance employee satisfaction. As health insurance covers the costs of treatment and operations for the participants in the insurance, the research recommends the establishment of intensive courses, University to increase their information on the importance of insurance and clarify the benefits of the individual and society. |
