| المستخلص: | يعد التراث بمثابة روح الأمة- أيا كانت- إذ هو الكاشف لجذورها، والخيط الناظم لنسيج وجودها، وهو قدرها، وأساس رقيها، وهو جماع مقومات شخصيتها، فلا غرابة أن يعرف تاريخ الفكر العربي والإسلامي في حقبه المتعاقبة المختلفة أنماطا متباينة، وأشكالا متعددة، وطرقا متنوعة في الطعن في التراث، فتارة عن طريق الطعن في جيته، ومكانته، وتارة عن طريق الطعن في أسانيده التي وصلت إلينا، وتارة بالتقليل من شأنه، وتارة عن طريق الطعن في منهج جمع التراث في النقد والجرح والتعديل، وتارة عن طريق الطعن في المرويات بالتشكيك فيها، وادعاء التناقض، والتعارض بينها، إلى غير ذلك من مطاعن... ومن ثم كانت الحاجة ماسة إلى ضرورة مكاشفة هذا الفكر والوقوف على موقفه، وتعامله مع التراث خاصة في ظل حركية الاستغراب الثقافي بمختلف توجهاته باعتباره امتداد للاستشراق، ومع تنامي المشاريع الفكرية التي تنقد التراث وفق منحاها الفكري، وإعادة تقويمه، وقراءته بين سراب الوهم وسوء الفهم. Le patrimoine est l’esprit de la nation, quoi qu’il en soit c’est comme un promoteur de sa personnalité et de base de son avancement, tout au longue histoire, ce patrimoine a connaissait différentes types de défi et de scepticisme ;il était urgent de défendre la pensée moderniste et son attitude envers le patrimoine ;surtout avec la montée des projets modernistes dans la critique du patrimoine, et essayez d’interpréter son point de départ intellectuel pour remettre en gestion le patrimoine. Heritage is considered the soul of a nation-whatever it may be-as it reveals its roots, regulates the fabric of its existence, determines its destiny, forms the basis of its advancement, and combines the components of its personality. It is not surprising that the history of Arab and Islamic thought in its various successive eras has witnessed different styles, multiple forms, and diverse ways of challenging heritage. This challenge sometimes involves questioning identity and status, challenging the chains of transmission that have reached us, belittling its significance, critiquing the method of collecting heritage through criticism and justification, and sometimes by challenging the narrations by questioning them, claiming contradiction and inconsistency between them, and raising other objections. Hence, there was an urgent need to expose this thought and understand its position and its dealings with heritage, especially in light of the cultural Westernization movement in various directions, seen as an extension of Orientalism. With the growth of intellectual projects that criticize heritage according to their intellectual approach, it is necessary to reevaluate it and read it between the mirages of illusion and misunderstanding.
