| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الأندية الطلابية بجامعة أم القرى في تنمية ثقافة التطوع لدى الطالبات، ووضع تصور مقترح من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية لتفعيل هذا الدور، والتعرف على دور الأندية الطلابية في إكساب الطالبات مهارات العمل التطوعي، وكذلك الوقوف على الدور الذي تقوم به في صقل شخصية الطالبات وتنمية شعورهم بالمسئولية من خلال الأعمال التطوعية، وتحديد المعوقات التي تواجه الأخصائي الاجتماعي في الأندية الطلابية لتنمية ثقافة التطوع لدى الطالبات، ومن ثم الوصول إلى تصور مقترح من منظور الخدمة الاجتماعية لتفعيل دور الأندية الطلابية في تنمية ثقافة التطوع لدى طالبات جامعة أم القرى، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من طالبات جامعة أم القرى المشتركات بالأندية الطلابية وعددهم (٩٠) مفردة، وقد تم تطبيق استبيان صمم لهذا الغرض، باستخدام العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الانضمام إلى الأندية الطلابية والمشاركة في الأعمال التطوعية يصقل شخصيات الطالبات وينمي لديهن قيم البذل والعطاء، وإحساس المسئولية، إلا أن ضيق الوقت وانشغالهن بالمحاضرات يحد من مشاركتهن في الأعمال التطوعية، وتمثل خدمة المجتمع أبرز الأنشطة التي تمارسها عينة الدراسة، وتم بناء تصور مقترح وفقاً لنتائج الدراسة. The current study aimed to identify the role of student clubs at Umm Al-Qura University in developing the culture of volunteering among female students, and to develop a proposed vision from the perspective of social work to activate this role, and to identify the role of student clubs in providing students with the skills of volunteer work, as well as to identify the role they play in Refining the students ’personality and developing their sense of responsibility through volunteer work, and identifying the obstacles facing the social worker in student clubs to develop a culture of volunteering among female students and then arrive at a proposed perception from a social work perspective to activate the role of student clubs in developing the volunteer culture among female students at Umm Al-Qura University. The study sample was selected from Umm Al-Qura University students participating in student clubs, their number is (90) singular, and a questionnaire designed for this purpose was applied, Using a simple random sample. The results of the study concluded that joining. student clubs and participating in volunteer work polishes the students ’personalities and develops their sense of responsibility It develops the values of giving and giving, but the lack of time and their preoccupation with lectures limits their participation in volunteer work, and it represents a service The community the most prominent activities that the study sample will experience, and the proposed scenario was developed according to the results of the study. |
