| 520 | |a تناولت الدراسة الدولة القانونية. تمثلت مشكلة الورقة في وجود دولة القانون في أي دولة يعني أن الأجهزة العدلية والمؤسسات القضائية تمارس واجبها بصورة جيدة وأن كل مواطن يعرف متي يطلب حقه ومن أين يؤدي واجبه وعليه فإن الدراسة تعالج قضايا المساواة والعدالة وفق القانون في دولة ما كما أنها تعالج توجه المواطن أن يقوم بمطالبة حقه عبر القانون وتعالج التخلق القانوني والحروب من تطبيق قواعد العدالة بمشكلة الدراسة هي معالجة عدم وجود القانون في أي دولة. نبعت أهمية الورقة في عكس التطور القانوني لدولة القانون حيث تطبيق وإرساء قواعد العدالة وتطبيق القانون في دولة القانون يحقق الاطمئنان للمواطن يعكس وجود القانون في دولة ما تطور الدولة حضاريا داخليا وخارجيا ما يجلب العمالة الخارجية من القدوم عليها من أجل العمل أو الاستثمار. هدفت الدراسة إلى تطبيق مبادئ القانون في الدولة وأن يؤدي وجود الدولة القانونية إلى تطور وبناء أساسها الداخلي بصورة قوية وبناء العلاقات الخارجية مع العمال وفق القانون في كل المجالات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها ضرورة العمل إيجاد صيغ قانونية واضحة تحدد للدولة مدى قانونيتها وسلطة القانون الذي تعمل وفقا له. من توصيات الدراسة العمل على دراسة الموضوع بصورة أشمل وأوسع وإضافة مادة جديدة لرفد المكتبة بمواضع غاية في الأهمية. | ||

The problem of the paper in the existence of the rule of law in any country means that the judicial organs and judicial institutions exercise their duty in a good voice and that every citizen knows when to ask his right and where to perform his duty and so the research addresses the issues of equality and justice according to the law in a country, By claiming its right through law and addressing legal creation and wars from the application of the rules of justice to the problem of research is to address the absence of law in any country. The importance of the paper is in contrast to the legal development of the state of law. The application and establishment of the rules of justice and the application of the law in the state of law ensures the safety of the citizen. The presence of the law in a country reflects the development of the state internally and externally, bringing foreign workers to come for work or investment. The study aimed to apply the principles of law in the state and lead to the existence of the legal state to develop and build its internal basis in a strong manner and build external relations with workers according to law in all fields. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the necessity of working to find clear legal formulas that determine the state’s legality and the authority of the law according to it. One of the recommendations of the study is to study the subject in a more comprehensive and broader manner and to add a new material to the library in a very important position. | ||
