| المستخلص: | This article offers an analysis of all the problems posed in the final phase of the criminal process before Ad hoc international criminal tribunals. In particular when the pronouncement of the judgment of conviction. Thus revealing of the criminal policy of the Ad hoc international criminal tribunals, by the elements taken into consideration to fix the quantum of the sentence and the declared objectives of the sanction. Cet article propose une analyse de tous les problèmes posés dans la phase finale du processus pénal devant les tribunaux pénaux internationaux Ad hoc. Notamment lorsque la prononcée du jugement de condamnation. Ainsi révélatrice de la politique pénale des tribunaux pénaux internationaux Ad hoc, par les éléments pris en considération pour fixer le quantum de la peine et les objectifs déclarés de la sanction. |
