| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على تجربة بنك (مصرف) الجزيرة السعودي في تحوله للعمل المصرفي الإسلامي من خلال تبنيه لمدخل التحول الكلي والذي يعني أسلمة عملياته المالية على صعيد الموارد والاستخدامات، والوقوف على الاستراتيجية التي رسمها المصرف لولوج سوق الصناعة المصرفية الإسلامية التي عرفت ازدهارا لافتا في السنوات الأخيرة بخطى واثقة، والتعرف على أثر هذا التحول على كل من سيولة وربحية ونشاط مصرف الجزيرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج، من أهمها: توجد فروق جوهرية في متوسط نسبة توظيف الموارد لمصرف الجزيرة قبل وبعد التحول، حيث ارتفع متوسط نسبة توظيف الموارد من 62,318 إلى 80,679، أي أن التحول الكلي لمصرف الجزيرة ساهم في تحسين نشاطه. This study aimed to shed light on the experience of the Saudi Al-Jazira Bank in its transformation into Islamic banking by adopting the approach of total transformation, which means the Islamization of its financial operations in terms of resources and uses, and to stand on the strategy that the bank has drawn up to enter the market of the Islamic banking industry, which has witnessed remarkable prosperity In recent years, with confident steps, and identifying the impact of this shift on both the liquidity, profitability and activity of Bank Al-Jazira. The study reached many results, the most important of which are: There are fundamental differences in the average rate of resource employment for Bank Al-Jazira before and after the transformation, as the average rate of resource employment increased from 62,318 to 80,679, meaning that the total transformation of Bank Al-Jazira contributed to the improvement of its activity. |
