| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى عرض دور المفاهيم التطبيقية لحاضنات أفكار الفنون في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال التشكيلية من خلال التعرف على مقومات ريادة الأعمال المتضمنة في برامج الفنون التطبيقية بجامعة الطائف، لوضع تصور لملاءمة مخرجات برامج الفنون التطبيقية بكلية التصاميم والفنون مع احتياجات سوق العمل. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج التجريبي لعينة عددها (40) من طلبة قسم الفنون بكلية التصاميم والفنون، ومن خريجي قسم التربية الفنية السابق بجامعة الطائف، وعينة عددها (7) من منسوبي برنامج بادر لحاضنات ومسرعات التقنية التابع لمدينة الملك عبد العزيز للعلوم والتقنية فرع مدينة الطائف. قام الباحث ببناء أدوات لإجراء البحث من خلال: استمارة استقصاء تصنيف حاضنات الأعمال أو الحاضنات التقنية من وجهة نظر مستفيدي حاضنة بادر، واستبانة دور حاضنات الأفكار للفنون التطبيقية في تعزيز مجال ريادة الأعمال. أثبت البحث فاعلية حاضنات الأعمال في توطين التكنولوجيا والمساعدة في نقل التكنولوجيا من المؤسسات التعليمية والمتطورة تكنولوجيا وتعزيز استخداماتها وتطبيقاتها في المجتمع المحلي بما يخدم البناء الاقتصادي، وأوصى البحث بإنشاء حاضنات أعمال متكاملة لاحتضان الأفكار الإبداعية والمشاريع الريادية ذات الطبيعة التطبيقية. The of the research aimed to present the role of applied concepts of art ideas incubators in promoting plastic entrepreneurship by identifying the entrepreneurial elements included in the applied arts programs at Taif University, to develop a vision of the suitability of the outputs of applied arts programs in the Faculty of Design and Arts with the needs of the labor market. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical curriculum, the experimental approach of a sample of (40) students from the Department of Arts at the Faculty of Design and Arts, graduates of the former Department of Technical Education at Taif University, and a sample of (7) employees of the Bader Program for Incubators and Technical Accelerators of King Abdul-Aziz City for Science and Technology Taif City Branch. The researcher-built tools to conduct the research through: the survey form of the classification of business incubators or technical incubators from the point of view of the beneficiaries of the Bader Incubator, and establishing the role of polytechnic incubators in promoting entrepreneurship. The research demonstrated the effectiveness of business incubators in localizing technology and helping to transfer technology from technologically advanced educational institutions and enhancing their uses and applications in the community to serve economic construction, the research recommended the creation of integrated business incubators to embrace creative ideas and entrepreneurial projects of an applied nature. |
