| 520 | |a خرجت مواد المعلومات على الويب متضمنة نوعين من أنواع المحتوى هما المحتوى المعلوماتي المتمثل في مفردات وعناصر مادة المعلومات المعبرة عن الأفكار والموضوعات الرئيسة، والمحتوى المعرفي المتمثل في الحالة الحسية لمنشئ وناشر مادة المعلومات. وقد تباينت أشكال المحتوى المعرفي بتباين أشكال ودرجات التعبير عن التوجهات والحالات الشعورية المختلفة لدى مستخدمي الويب وناشري هذا المحتوى، فقد ظهر المحتوى المعرفي الحسي الشعوري (المشاعر) والمحتوى الحسي النقدي (الرأي). واهتمت هذه الدراسة بتتبع مواد المحتوى الحسي النقدي من حيث طبيعة المعالجة والتنظيم والاسترجاع داخل أدوات استرجاع الويب، وبخاصة التي تتجه نحو التعامل مع معلومات الرأي تكشيفا ومعالجة واسترجاعا. ومن خلال الدراسة التطبيقية التي اعتمدت على عينة من نظم استرجاع الرأي على الويب، خرجت الدراسة بنتائج ومقترحات تمثل أهمها في طرح خصائص العمل المتوافقة ومعالجة معلومات الرأي وبنية للنظام المقترح. بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الرؤى حول تكشيف واسترجاع الرأي تمثل أهمها في أن مواد معلومات الرأي هي أولى أنواع المعلومات الرقمية التي تبدأ وتنتهي عند مستخدم الويب، وليست البداية عند الباحثين أو الناشرين الرسميين كباقي مواد المعلومات، وهو ما يجعل تأثير مستخدمي الويب في معالجة واسترجاع معلومات الرأي في أعلى مستوياته. | ||

The forms of cognitive content have varied in different forms and degrees of expression of different attitudes and moods of web users and publishers of this content, These types are cognitive, sensory, emotional content and Critical sensory content. This study is concerned with the tracking of critical sensory content in terms of the nature of treatment, organization and retrieval within web retrieval tools, especially those that tend to deal with opinion information in terms of processing, indexing and retrieval. Through the applied study, which was based on a sample of the systems of retrieving the opinion on the web. the study came out with results and suggestions, the most important of which is the presentation of the characteristics of the work compatible and the processing of opinion information and structure of the proposed system. As well as a set of views on the opinion indexing and retrieval, the most important of views is that opinion information is the first type of digital information materials that begins and ends at the web user, not the beginning of the researchers or the official publishers like other information materials, which makes the impact of web users in processing and retrieval of opinion information at its highest level. | ||
