| المستخلص: | يعتبر الزواج من أهم النظم الاجتماعية في حياة الإنسان والمجتمع، فهو الرابطة المشروعة بين الجنسين وعن طريقه تتحقق سلامة الأوضاع الاجتماعية، وبقاء النوع والسمو بالعلاقات بين الرجال والنساء إلي مستوي المشروعية وتنظم بما يتفق مع القيم الإنسانية لذلك اهتمت هذه الدراسة بوضع برنامج مقترح لدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي ضمن فريق العمل ببرامج توعية المقبلين علي الزواج للوقاية من المشكلات الأسرية، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلي الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت علي منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة التي تم التطبيق عليها من فريق العمل (20) مدرب، ومن المقبلين علي الزواج (128) شاب وفتاة ممن حضروا برنامج توعية المقبلين علي الزواج بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي بمحافظة أسيوط ،وقد أشارت الدراسة إلي أهمية البرنامج وتحقيقه لأهدافه واستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب والمهارات والاستراتيجيات التي تساعد الأخصائي الاجتماعي علي أداء دوره بفاعلية، وأن أهم هذه الأدوار هي المستشار، المدرب، مصدر المعلومات، مخطط، منسق، مقدم خدمات، وتربوي. Marriage is considered one of the most important social systems in human life and society, as it is the legitimate bond between the sexes and through it the integrity of social conditions is achieved, the survival of the gender and the supremacy of relations between men and women to the level of legitimacy and organized in accordance with human values. Therefore, this study focused on developing a proposed program for the role of a social worker in awareness programs for those entering into marriage to prevent family problems, and this study belongs to descriptive studies, and applied the comprehensive social survey method, and the study sample reached (20) coaches, and from those who are about to marry (128) young men and women who attended an awareness program those who are about to marry in the directorate of social solidarity in assiut governorate And the study indicated the importance of the program and its achievement of its objectives and the use of a set of methods, skills and strategies that help the social worker to perform his role effectively, and that the most important of these roles are the counselor, the trainer the source of information, planner, coordinator, service provider, and educational. |
