| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة توافر كفايات توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، وكذلك درجة استخدامهم. لها في المواقف التدريسية. ولأجل ذلك تم إعداد أداة (استبانة) خاصة بالدراسة تكونت من (٢٥) عبارة؛ وزعت على محورين: كفايات توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني والآخر استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا. طبقت على عينة الدراسة حجمها (٣٢٠) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من معلمي المدارس الثانوية العامة بالمناطق التعليمية الست بدولة الكويت. وكشفت النتائج عن أن أفراد العينة يمتلكون كفايات توظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم الإلكتروني بدرجة متوسطة، وان استخدامهم لها يتم بدرجة متوسطة أيضا. وتبين أن هناك علاقة ارتباط طردي بين امتلاك كفايات توظيف تكنولوجيات التعليم الإلكتروني ودرجة استخدامها في الواقع التدريسي. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق في تقدير مستوى امتلاك المعلمين لهذه الكفايات ودرجة استخدامهم لها تبعا لمتغير النوع، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي، في حين تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في ذلك تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة في التدريس لصالح المعلمين ذوي عدد سنوات الخدمة الأقل من ١٠ سنوات. The study aimed to identify the degree to which the competencies of utilizing e-learning technology are available among secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait, a study tool (questionnaire) was prepared consisting of (25) phrases; as well as to determine the extent of their use of these competencies in teaching situations. The study sample consisted of 320 male and female teachers, chosen randomly from public secondary schools. Findings revealed that the respondents’ possession of the competencies needed for utilizing e-learning technology is average, and that their use of these competencies is average as well. It was found that there is a positive correlation between possessing the competencies needed for utilizing e-learning technologies and the degree to which these competencies are used in the teaching reality. Moreover, findings revealed that, based on the variables of gender and academic qualification, there are no differences in estimating the level of teachers’ possession of these competencies and the degree to which they use them. However, based on the variable of the number of years of service, statistically significant differences were detected in favor of the teachers who have less than 10 years of service. |
