| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى السمات الإرادية لدى لاعبي المنتخبات الوطنية الأردنية للتايكوندو من وجهة نظرهم وعلاقتها بالإنجاز الرياضي. ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي على عينة تكونت من (18) لاعب ولاعبة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عمدية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وتساؤلاتها. واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم تصميمها وعرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء في المجال، وتكونت في صورتها النهائية من (25) فقرة. وللإجابة على أهداف الدراسة وتساؤلاتها تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والزمنية للإجابة على التساؤل الأول، ومعامل الارتباط للإجابة عن التساؤل الثاني، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن السمات الإرادية لدى لاعبي المنتخبات الوطنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وإلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين السمات الإرادية والإنجاز، أي بمعني كلما ارتفع مستوى السمات الإرادية كلما كان الإنجاز الرياضي أفضل للاعبين، ويوصي الباحث بالاستعانة بمختص نفسي لاعبين للاهتمام بالسمات الإرادية لديهم والعمل على تحسينها لتحسين الأداء لديهم. | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of this study is to identify the voluntary traits of the Jordanian national team players for Taekwondo from their view point and its relationship to athletic achievement. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive method with a sample consisting of (18) players. The players were selected in a deliberate way to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions. The researcher used the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which was designed and presented to a group of experts in the field and was finalized in (25) paragraphs. In order to answer the objectives of the study and its questions, the mathematical averages, standard deviations were used to answer the first question, and the coefficient of correlation was used to answer the second question. The results of the study showed that the traits of the national team players came to a medium degree and that there is a statistically significant correlation between the traits of achievement and performance. In other words, the higher the level of voluntary traits is, the better the athletic achievement of the players. The researcher recommends the use of a psychologist for the players to take care of their voluntary traits and to improve their performance. | ||
