And the environment, as well as his need to govern himself in a way that allows his organizations to increase their effectiveness in the future. | ||
| 520 | |a إن الغرض من البحث هو لغرض دراسة علاقة المجتمع المدني بعملية بناء الدولة العراقية بعد عام 2003 ومدى فاعليته ومساهمته في هذه العملية المهمة والأساسية، لا سيما وأن طبيعة الحياة اليوم تغيرت وأصبحت معقدة على جميع المستويات والتي تتطلب إشراك وتسخير جميع طاقات المجتمع من أجل النهوض بالسياسات الاجتماعية لمواجهة تلك التحديات الناجمة عن هذا التغيير، الأمر الذي يستلزم تدخل الفاعلين غير الرسميين كشريك أساسي في تطوير التصورات حول محتوى تلك السياسات التي يجب اتخاذها ومن تلك الجهات منظمات المجتمع المدني التي أصبحت اليوم رديف ومساعد لعملية بناء الدولة، تهدف الدراسة إلى توظيف مفهوم التمكين وتأصيله في إدارة المجتمع المدني وفعالياته المجتمعية وتأثيره في عملية بناء الدولة العراقية بشكل سليم وذلك عن طريق إتاحة المجال العام للعمليات والنشاطات التي يؤديها داخل المجتمع، أما بالنسبة لمضامين البحث فتشير إلى ضرورة توسيع نشاطات المجتمع المدني وانفتاحه على قطاعات أخرى كالصحة والبيئة، فضلا عن حاجته إلى حوكمة نفسه بطريقة تتيح لمنظماته زيادة فاعليتها مستقبلا. | ||
