| المستخلص: | تعد الجودة تجسيداً لمعايير دولية مقننة في المجالات المختلفة كالصناعة والتجارة والزراعة والصحة.. وحماية البيئة من التلوث. وإذا كان مفهوم الجودة يجمع بين التوجيه العلمي والاقتصادي في العصر الحديث..، إلا أن التوجيه الديني في الإسلام قد أشار وأكد على هذه الجودة منذ قرون مضت... مصداقاً لقول الحق تعالى في أول سورة المائدة (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا أَوْفُوا بِالْعُقُودِ).. وقوله تعالى في الآية "100" من سورة المائدة (قُلْ لَا يَسْتَوِي الْخَبِيثُ وَالطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ أَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ الْخَبِيثِ)..، وعن الرسول الكريم صل الله عليه وسلم قوله (إن الله يحب إذا عمل أحدكم عملاً أن يتقنه). ولتحقيق الجودة والإبداع في التصميم والعمارة الداخلية.. فلا بد أن يكون هناك شروطاً أساسية يجب توافرها..، وأعني بهذه الشروط أن يكون مطروحاً أمامناً من المبادئ والأفكار التصميمية ما يمكننا من تحقيق الأهداف. ويهدف البحث إلى:- التعريف بمفهوم الجودة والإبداع في التصميم والعمارة - الاستفادة من الاتفاقات الدولية وحماية الملكية الفكرية. - التأكيد على الشروط والمعايير المرتبطة بالتطوير... وجودة التصميم.. والإبداع والاستدامة. Quality is the embodiment of international standards codified in various fields such as industry, trade, agriculture, health, and protecting the environment from pollution. The concept of quality combines scientific and economic guidance in modern times. However, the religious guidance in Islam has indicated and confirmed this quality for centuries ago, as has been said at the beginning of Surah Al-Ma'idah (O believers! Honour your obligations.). Allah also said in the 100th verse of Surat Al-Ma'idah (Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ "Good and evil are not equal, though you may be dazzled by the abundance of evil.). The Prophet (peace be upon him) has said (Allah loves someone who when works, he performs it in perfect manner). Some basic conditions should be there to achieve quality and creativity in design and interior architecture. By these conditions, I mean that we should have principles and design ideas to enable us to achieve goals. The research aims to: - Introduce the concept of quality and creativity in design and architecture - Benefit from international agreements and protect intellectual property. - Emphasize the conditions and standards associated with development, design quality, creativity, and sustainability.
