| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وتعرف الفرق بين أفراد عينة البحث في السعادة النفسية وفق متغير الجنس. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام مقياس السعادة النفسية أعدهما السيكولوجيان الأميركيان مارتن سليجمان "Seligman"، كريستوفر بترسون "Peterson" إذ قامت الباحثة بدراسة خصائصه السيكومترية. وللحكم على صدق المقياس عرض على مجموعة مؤلفة من (14) محكماً مختصاً في الإرشاد النفسي بجامعة تشرين وجامعة دمشق، ولدراسة ثباته تم تطبيقه على عينة استطلاعية من خارج عينة البحث بلغ عددها (40) عضواً من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. إذ بلغت قيمة معامل ألفا كرونباخ للمقياس (0.820 = α)، وبعد التأكد من الصدق والثبات طبق المقياس على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية البالغ عددها (200) عضواً للعام 2018/2019 م. استخدم في البحث المنهج الوصفي. وانتهى البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: يقع مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في المستوى الرابع وهو مرتفع، كما يوجد فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسط درجات الذكور ومتوسط درجات الإناث لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على مقياس السعادة النفسية لصالح الذكور. This research aims to know of the level of psychological happiness among the faculty members and know the differences between individuals of the research sample in psychological happiness according to the variable of sex. To achieve the objectives of the research, the psychological happiness scale was used and that was activated by the American psychologists (Marten Seligman & Christopher Peterson). Then the researchers has studied its psychometric properties. And to judge the sincerity of the scale, it was displayed on a group composed of (14) arbitators who were specialized in psychological counseling in both Tishreen and Damascus Universities. And to study its stability, it has been applied on an explorative sample that was composed of (40) members of the faculty members who were out of the research sample. The value Cronbach-Alpha coeffcient of the scale amounted at (α = 0.820). After the confirming of the validity and the stability of the scale, it was applied on a sample of the faculty members that was composed of (200) members for the years 2018-2019. The Descriptive Approach was used in the research. The search ended with the following result: The level of the psychological happiness among the faculty members is located at the fourth level which is high. There is statistically significant difference between the average degrees of males and average degrees of females on the psychological happiness scale in favor males |
