| 520 | |a هذه الدراسة تتناول جانبا هاما من جوانب الاحتجاج بالسنة، وأثرها عند الأصوليين، وهو تلقي الخبر بالقبول وأثره عند الأصوليين، ويهدف البحث إلى تحقيق المراد منه، وبيان ما يترتب على قبول العلماء له. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المصادر الأصولية الأصيلة، مع الاستعانة ببعض المصادر الحديثية ذات الصلة، وعلى إثبات موقف الأصوليين، مع توثيق ذلك من كتبهم مباشرة. وقد ظهر من خلال الدراسة عدم عناية الأصوليين بتحرير هذا المصطلح، وتداخله بين عدة مفاهيم، وبناء عليه فقد اختلف في ترتيب بعض الآثار عليه كالوصف بالصحة أو الإجماع، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى إفادته للعلم، وإمكانية حكاية الاتفاق على مضمونه، والعمل به في إثبات القواعد الأصولية، والأحكام الفقهية. | ||
