| 520 | |a يتطرق البحث لدور أهل الذمة في العلاقات الداخلية والخارجية ضمن الأندلس، ولكي يتسنى فهم ماهية هذه العلاقات لابد من فهم ماهية أهل الذمة وموقعهم داخل المجتمع الإسلامي الأندلسي، فتم الحديث عن عقد أهل الذمة بوصفه الإطار القانوني الذي يحدد شروط إقامتهم داخل الدولة الإسلامية، ومن خلال الرجوع إليه يمكن التعرف والحكم على العلاقة التي ربطت بين الدولة الإسلامية ورعاياها من غير المسلمين، واستطاع أهل الذمة من اليهود والنصارى أن يعيشوا حياه كريمة، وسمحت لهم الدولة أن يؤسسوا حياتهم دون التدخل في شؤونهم الخاصة حيث تركت لهم حرية اختيار من يتولى تسيير أمورهم القضائية، وممارسة شعائرهم الدينية. وبعد تبيان الوضعية السياسية الداخلية لهم تم التطرق إلى الدور الخارجي لهم من خلال سفارات الأندلس للدول المجاور وهذا الدور لعبه كل من اليهود والنصارى على حد سواء، والأمر الذي يرجع إلى حنكتهم الخارجية ومعرفتهم لعقلية الدول الأوروبية وإتقانهم اللغات التي سمحت لهم بسهولة الاتصال. | ||

It is necessary to understand what this community is and their location within the Andalusia Muslim community. There was talk of holding the people of Dhmmah as the leyal framework that determines the conditions far there residence within the Islamic state. Through reference the relationship between the Islamic state and non-Muslim citizens can be indentified and established. The Jews and Christians manged to live adecend life and the state allowed them to established their lives without interfering in their own affairs. They were given the freedom to choose whose would run their judicial of fairs and practice their religious rites. After explaning their internet political situation, the external role was addressed to them. through the embassies of Andalusia to neigh boring countries and this role played by both Jews and Christians alike. It is up their foreign sensibilities and their knowledge of the mentality of European countries and their mastery of the languages that allowed them to easily communicate. | ||
