| المستخلص: | ١- الولايات المتحدة ترحب بأن تلعب الصين دوراً أكبر في الشأن الدولي وبناء علاقات تعاون وشراكة اقتصادية تقوم على المنفعة المتبادلة، كذلك تسوية القضايا الخلافية والنزاعات التجارية بطريقه تعاونية بين البلدين. 2- هناك قضايا تشترط الولايات المتحدة على الصين أن تلتزم بها لأنها تهدد الاقتصاد الأمريكي في حين أن الصين ترى أن التفاوض مع الولايات المتحدة هو الحل لتجنب أي نزاع. ٣- الملف الإيراني يشكل حلقة خلاف جديدة بين الرؤى الأمريكية الصينية. 4- مع تغير النظام العالمي وصعود الصين كقوة عظمى ومنافسة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية اقتصادياً وسياسياً وتكنولوجياً، والتنافس بينهم على الملف الإيراني. 5- الدراسة أوضحت أن سبب الأزمة الأمريكية الصينية النزاع حول من سيحكم العالم اقتصادياً وتكنولوجياً. 6- الصين تسببت في خسائر كبيرة للولايات المتحدة نتيجة لسرقات تقنية وعدم حفظ حقوق الملكية الفكرية لها تؤكد أمريكا أنه ملك لها وتطلب تعويضات هائلة ترفض الصين الاعتراف بها. ٧- الاقتصاد الأمريكي عام 2019 وجد عجز وصل ٢٥% وهو مؤشر خطير يهدد الاقتصاد الأمريكي قد تكون الصين وراء هذا العجز. 8- الملف الإيراني له أولوية عظمى لدى الولايات المتحدة، حتى تتحكم أمريكا في الدول المصدرة للنفط والتي تعتمد عليه الصين لمواصلة خططها الاقتصادية والتنموية والتي تسعى الولايات المتحدة لعرقلة هذا التقدم. 9- بالرغم أن الصراع الصيني الأمريكي مدفوع بعوامل اقتصادية إلا أن هناك صراع قد يكون أكثر شراسة، وهو الصراع على مناقصات إعادة الإعمار في الدول التي لحقها الدمار مثل سوريا والعراق وليبيا والعديد من دول المنطقة. Therefore, the study problem was represented in explaining the challenges facing US-Chinese relations and the implications for the Iranian file. And the future of international relations by relying on the descriptive and analytical approach to find out the problem under study and its variables, as well as the approach to systems analysis to analyze the influence and influence relationships in the international system.
