| المستخلص: | تعد مسألة ترجمة القرآن الكريم من المسائل المهمة والحيوية التي أثارت جدلاً وخلافاً بين العلماء في العصر الحديث بين مؤيد لها ومعارض، على أنها ليست من مستحدثات العصر بل أنها مسألة قديمة قدم نزول القرآن الكريم على صدر النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)، وأن أول من قام بذلك هي ترجمة أي من القرآن الكريم هو الصحابي الجليل سلمان المحمدي (رض) عندما ترجم آية البسملة إلى اللغة الفارسية وعرضها على النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ويرى هؤلاء العلماء أنها من ضرورات الدعوة الإسلامية وإيصال التبليغ إلى كل أمم الأرض ولإقامة الحجة عليهم حيث أرسل الله رسوله بالقرآن الكريم إلى الناس كافة بشيراً ونذيراً، أما القسم الآخر الرافض لترجمة القرآن الكريم بحجة الإخلال بمعاني القرآن الكريم وأداء لفظه بلغة أخرى غير لغته العربية لأنه كلام الله تعالى المعجز لفظاً ومعنىً، ومن ثم ستكون الترجمة تحريفاً إن لم تكن في ألفاظه ففي معانيه. انتهى بناء البحث إلى حقائق مهمة اعتقد أنها إذا روعيت بإنصاف أزالت خلاف المختلفين في هذا الموضوع الذي كثرت به الأقوال بين مؤيد ومعارض ويمكن أن يكون هذا الخلاف خلافاً شكلياً ولفظياً ولا يليق أن يكون مثاراً للجدل ولا مجالاً لنزاع، فترجمة القرآن حرفية كانت أو تفسيرية غير تفسيره بلغة عربية أو أجنبية وتفسير القرآن بلغة أجنبية يساوي ترجمة التفسير العربي للقرآن الكريم وترجمة القرآن بالمعنى العرفي العام لابد لتحقيقها من غير الوفاء بجميع معاني القرآن ومقاصده سواء أكانت ترجمة حرفية أو تفسيرية. والحق في المسألة هو ترجمة معاني القرآن ومقاصده إلى العالم أجمع وهي مسؤولية علماء الإسلام وحكامه فيجب عليهم أن يوصلوا تعاليم الإسلام مترجمة إلى الدنيا كلها. ونتفق مع رأي الإمام الزركشي في كتابه الجليل (البحر المحيط): لا يجوز ترجمة القرآن بالفارسية وغيرها بل يجب قراءته على هيئته التي يتعلق بها الإعجاز لتقصير الترجمة عنه، وذلك لتقصير غيره من الألسن عن البيان الذي خص به دون سائر الألسن قال الله تعالى "بلسان عربي مبين" هذا لو لم يكن متحدى بنظمه وأسلوبه وإذا لم تجز قراءته بالتفسير العربي المتحدى بنظمه فأحرى ألا تجوز بالترجمة بلسان غيره ونذهب إلى ما ذهب إليه القفال في فتاويه التي ذكرناها آنفاً في طيان البحث.
