| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى تطبيق المعايير الأخلاقية لمهنة التدريس الجامعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. وتعرف الفروق في إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على استبانة مستوى تطبيق المعايير الأخلاقية تبعا للمتغيرات الاتية: (الجنس، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وسنوات الخبرة، والكلية). واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وشملت عينة البحث (154) عضو هيئة تعليمية في جامعة تشرين للعام الدراسي 2014/2015، وجرى تطبيق استبانة مكونة من أربعة مجالات هي: (الأداء المهني، العلاقة مع الطلبة، العلاقة مع المجتمع، العلاقة مع الزملاء) معدة من قبل الباحثة. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: وجود مستوى متوسط لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في تطبيق المعايير الأخلاقية في مهنة التدريس الجامعي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على استبانة مستوى تطبيق المعايير الأخلاقية لمهنة التدريس الجامعي تبعا لمتغيرات الآتية (الجنس، الرتبة الأكاديمية، الخبرة). ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية على استبانة تطبيق المعايير الأخلاقية تبعا لمتغير الكلية لصالح أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في الكليات العلمية. | ||
| 520 | |b The goal of research is to identify level of application of ethical standards for the profession of university education from the viewpoint of the members of the teaching staff. And know the differences in the answers to the members of the teaching staff according to the research variables: (sex, academic rank, years of experience, academic specialization). And it adopted a researcher on the descriptive analytical method, and included the research sample (154) by an educational body in the faculties of Tishreen University for the academic year 2014/2015, was the application of a questionnaire composed of four areas: (professional performance, relationship with the students, relationship with the community, and relationship with his colleagues).
