| 520 | |a إن إشكالية الموائمة من عدمها بين التكوين والشغل هو من بين المواضيع التي باتت تشغل أكثر من باحث وحتى السلطات السياسية باتت هي كذلك تولي اهتمامها بالموضوع ولكم بشكل غير مباشر يتمثل في محاولة إرساء الجسور بين عالم الشغل وعالم التكوين أو بصيغة أخري بين الجامعة والقطاع الاقتصادي. وما جاء هذا الاهتمام بالموضوع إلا لصعوبة وجود علاقة قوية بين المنظومة التربوية والمنظومة الاقتصادية خاصة في ظل التذبذبات والأزمات المتتالية التي مست الاقتصاد الوطني من جهة وتفشي البطالة لدي الشباب من جهة أخري. والبطالة التي مست ومازالت تمس فئة كبيرة من حاملي الشهادات الجامعية وهذا ما يعتبره البعض بمثابة نتيجة غير معقولة ولا منطقية. فالعلاقة أو بالأحرى الموائمة بين التكوين والشغل تكاد تكون أو تجب أن تكون علاقة طبيعية. لكم مما هو ملاحظ أن الربط بين الشغل والتكوين من الأمور التي يصعب تحققها بسبب تطور الشغل في مجراه الخاص به وهو الاقتصاد وتطور التكوين في مجراه وهو التربية والتعليم. لذا فمن الضروري محاولة إيجاد الخلل الذي يعرقل التناغم بين الشغل والتكوين. ولكن هذا كله يتطلب تضافر جهود جميع الفاعلين من سياسيين واقتصاديين وجامعيين حتى يتمكنوا على الأقل التخفيف من حدة عدم الموائمة بين التكوين والشغل. | ||
| 520 | |b The purpose of this study is to review the various theories and research works on the problem of the relationship between training and employment. Some speak of adequacy and not of relationship. What emerges from all of these theories is that the relationship between training and employment is far from over. Nowhere is there a real match between the world of training and that of employment. The logics of these two spheres are diametrically opposed when we know full well that the training sector is a sector evolving in its own logic while the economic sector, provider of employment, also evolves in its own logic. Nonetheless, efforts and attempts are being made to build bridges between universities and businesses in order to alleviate the disgrace that can arise from the mismatch between a university degree and a job placed on the job market. Finally, the mismatch between training and employment would generate a large number of unemployed graduates from higher education. | ||
| 520 | |d La présente étude à pour objet de parcourir les différentes théories et travaux de recherche sur la problématique de la relation entre la formation et l’emploi. Certains parlent d’adéquation et non de relation. Ce qui ressort de l’ensemble de ces théories et que la relation formation emploi est loin d’être achevée. Il existe nulle part une véritable adéquation entre le monde de la formation et celui de l’emploi. Les logiques de ces deux sphères sont diamétralement opposées lorsqu’on sait pertinemment que le secteur de la formation est un secteur évoluant dans une logique propre à lui alors que le secteur économique, pourvoyeur d’emploi, évolue, lui aussi, dans sa propre logique. Néanmoins, des efforts et des tentatives sont entreprises pour établir des ponts entres les universités et les entreprises afin d’atténuer les disgrâces que peux engendrer la non concordances entre un diplôme universitaire et un poste d’emploi mis sur le marché de l’emploi. Enfin, la non concordance entre la formation et l’emploi génèrerait une masse importante de chômeurs diplômés de l’enseignement supérieur. | ||
