| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المعلم القائد في إصلاح المنظومة التعليمية بدولة الكويت، والكشف عن درجة إعداد المعلم كقائد للإصلاح في كليات التربية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وطبقت على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 143 من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية الأساسية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، وكلية التربية بجامعة الكويت. وأظهرت النتائج أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس في كليات التربية يرون أن برامج الإعداد المعلم تمكن الطلاب من استخدام الحاسب الآلي في التدريس، وتدربهم على إدارة العملية التعليمية وفق الإمكانات المتاحة، في حين يرون أنها لا تؤهل الطلاب ليكونوا مبتكرين، وأن البرامج بشكل عام لا تؤهل الطلاب ليكونوا قادة. وأوصت الدراسة بوجوب تطوير برامج إعداد المعلم ومحتواها في كليات التربية بدولة الكويت، بما يؤهل المعلم لدوره المستقبلي كقائد لإصلاح المنظومة التربوية بدولة الكويت، وذلك بإدخال بعض التحسينات للبرامج. The current study aimed to identify the leader teachers' role in the educational systematic reform in the state of Kuwait, and to reveal the degree of teacher preparation as a reform leader in the colleges of education in the State of Kuwait from the faculty members points of view. The researchers followed the analytical descriptive methodology, and a questionnaire was used as the study tool, which was applied on a random sample consisted of 143 faculty members in both College of Basic Education in The Public Authority for Applied Education & Training, and Collage of Education in Kuwait University. The results indicated that the faculty members at the colleges of education believe that the preparation programs enable the students to use computers in teaching, and trains them on how to manage the educational process according to the available capabilities. While they believe that it doesn't qualify students to be innovative, and that the program doesn't qualify the students to be leaders overall. The study recommended developing teacher preparation programs in the colleges of education in the State of Kuwait and their content, to qualify the teacher for his future role as a leader of the educational system towards the development and reform of education, by introducing some improvements to the programs. |
