| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الريادي لأبي الفداء في مصنفه "تقويم البلدان" في بناء وتطور نظم المعلومات الجغرافية وقواعد بياناتها، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهجية القائمة على الاستقراء المقارن بين الجانبين التاريخيين للدراسة، فيما بين أصالة آراء أبي الفداء من جهة، وحداثة وتطبيقات ميدان نظم المعلومات الجغرافية من جهة أخرى، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أبا الفداء يعد مصمما ومطورا ومصححا لقواعد البيانات الجغرافية، فمصممDB Designer لأنه هو صاحب المصنف ومعدة، والمسؤول عن تحديد البيانات التي تم إدخالها وتخزينها في الجداول، بالإضافة إلى اختيار أنسب الطرق لتمثيلها. وإما أنه مطور DB Developer من حيث مسؤوليته عن إنشاء واختيار وتطوير الجداول، فأخذ يضيف ويعدل ويلغي بياناتها باستمرار طيلة فترة حياته، وبذلك تلافى عيوب وهنات النظام System correcting واكتشف الأخطاء وصححها، وبذلك يعد من مصححي قواعد البيانات الجغرافية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تأصيل فكر ومناهج العلماء العرب والمسلمين وعلى رأسهم صاحبنا في مصنفه "تقويم البلدان"، وتبيان جهود العرب والمسلمين في البحث العلمي، وعلى كافة الصعد من مؤسسات علمية وجامعات، واعتماده جزءا من المعرفة العلمية الرصينة الذي لا يمكن تفاديه في إظهار المعارف العلمية. This study aimed to highlight Abu Al-Fida's efforts of Study in A lexicon of "Taqwim al-Buldan" in the construction and development of GIS and its databases, the methodological study adopted comparative extrapolation between the two historical aspects, among the views of Abu Al-Fida, and the novelty and applications of GIS field, The study concluded that Abu al-Fida is a designer, developer and corrector of geographical databases, the designer DB designer because he is the author of the work and prepared, responsible for identifying the data entered and stored in the tables, in addition to choosing the most appropriate ways to represent it. As for the DB developer in terms of his responsibility to create, choose and develop tables, he added its data continuously throughout his life, thereby avoiding the flaws of the system and detecting and correcting errors, thus being a correcting of geographical databases. The study recommended the need to root the ideology and methods of Arab and Muslim scholars, led by Abu Al-Fida in his work "Taqwim al-Buldan", and to show the efforts of Arabs and Muslims in scientific research, and at all levels of scientific institutions and universities, and to adopt it as part of the sober scientific knowledge that cannot be avoided in demonstrating scientific knowledge. |
