| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن مستوى الذكاء الاستراتيجي والسلوك القيادي والعلاقة الارتباطية بينهما لدى أساتذة الجامعة. وقد تألفت عينة البحث (٦٠) الأساتذة، بواقع (٣٠) أستاذا و(٣٠) أستاذة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة البحث، إذ تبنت الباحثة مقياس (قاسم، ٢٠١١) لقياس الذكاء الاستراتيجي، ومقياس (الزبيدي، ٢٠١١) لقياس السلوك القيادي، وتم التحقق من صدق الأداة باستخدام الصدق الظاهري، واستخدمت الباحثة الوسائل الإحصائية والأدوات الحسابية وهي (النسبة المئوية لقياس صدق الأداة ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون لقياس الثبات والعلاقة الارتباطية بين المتغيرين والاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة لقياس الهدفين الأول والثاني. وأظهرت النتائج أن العينة تمتاز بذكاء استراتيجي عال، أن العينة تتمتع بسلوك قيادي جيد، وهناك علاقة سالبة غير دالة إحصائيا بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي والسلوك القيادي. leadership behavior and the relationship between them among university professors. The research sample consisted of (60) professors, according to (30) professors and (30) professors who were randomly selected, and using the questionnaire as a research tool, as the researcher adopted a scale (Qasim, 2011) to measure strategic intelligence, and a scale (Zubaidi, 2011) to measure leadership behavior The validity of the tool was verified using apparent honesty, and the researcher used statistical methods and mathematical tools, which are (the percentage of measuring instrument validity and the Pearson correlation coefficient to measure stability and correlation between the two variables and the T-test for one sample to measure the first and second goals. The results showed that the sample is characterized by high strategic intelligence, That the A sample with good leadership behavior, and there is a non-statistically negative relationship between strategic intelligence and leadership behavior. |
