Cette contribution de notre part va tracer une feuille de route pour un diagnostic des déférents grands axes de la stratégie de développement des P.M.E en Algérie , ainsi que l'analyse des réalités et contraintes qui empêche ces entreprises à la création des richesses et emplois. The embodiment of the new industrial policy by the public authorities necessitated paying pivotal attention to the position of small and medium enterprises in advancing the pace of economic and social development. This endeavor will inevitably and gradually lead to the emergence of an industrial fabric with a competitive advantage at the regional and international levels. This contribution of ours is considered a roadmap for diagnosing the most critical significant points of the national strategy to support and grow small and medium enterprises in Algeria while revealing the practical reality and restrictions and the challenges facing these institutions to create wealth and employment.
